This delicious Vegan recipe combines our sprouted flax with soaked nuts for an amazing texture for the base of this delicious cheesecake. Our Fermentanicals Sprouted flax  not only removes the harsh digestive barriers from the outside of the flaxseed that traditionally make flax hard to digest, it also doubles the antioxidants, thereby protecting the lipids in the seed from going off.  Essentially, this means it increases the shelf life and your Sprouted flax will not go off as quick as traditional flax.
