Krista Gawhen does it again! This time she’s satisfying the most savoury of pallets with this umami-filled Sprouted quinoa salad. We have been over the moon on the feedback we’ve been getting regarding our Sprouted Quinoa. Because the seeds have been germinated, the bitter taste that is usually left in your mouth after a bite is completely gone. The Sprouted quinoa cooks quicker and you might find little tales on them while they are dried! (Don’t be scared if you see that, it just means they were germinated for a little longer!)

Our Fermented black garlic is literally the best-tasting thing ever. It’s best described as a balsamic-y, tamarind-y, umami Immune strengthening flavour bomb. Adding a bit to any savoury dish just makes your tongue dance! Check out the recipe below:
